Yoga and Sound Bath at the retreat
Our morning dynamic yoga practice blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with the grounded intention of Hatha, creating a balanced flow that naturally aligns with the energy of each new day. Sessions begin with mindful pranayama to awaken the breath followed by an invigorating yet accessible sequence designed to energise the body and focus the mind.
Each class concludes with deep relaxation, allowing you to settle into stillness and carry a sense of clarity and calm.
In the evening, guests are invited to unwind with a deeply restorative Sound Bath—a soothing immersion in crystal bowl vibrations that calm the nervous system, nurture emotional well-being, and support overall mental health.
